Hello everyone, From July 6th, a room will be available in the apartment in Schiedam Groenoord, near Prinses Beatrixlaan tram station. The rent is 725 (incl. costs for heating) + approximately 70-80 for other utilities (internet, water, energy). There is a balcony, and there would be an opportunity to use the living room space for storage as it's quite spacious.
