38 m² room in Nijmegen

Hi, since I'm going to travel, I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in Nijmegen for 5 months (to be exact, from 22 December 2025 through 20 May 2026). It's a furnished basement apartment of 38 m² with its own bedroom, living room, toilet, shower and kitchenette (with 2 electric hotplates, an airfryer & a fridge). The monthly rent is €620 per month (all-inclusive) and the house is located on the Berg en Dalseweg, close to Grut Eten & Drinken.
