37 m² room in Utrecht

From June 15th, a one-person room (+-37m2, not officially measured) will be available in the attic of our house in a nicely located area. The rent is approximately €664,- but may be slightly increased by the landlord. The Julianapark is only a 5-minute walk and the Albert Heijn, Hema and Kruidvat are also a walking distance away. You’ll be living in a house with 5 people (Pia, Fanny, Joy, Emma and one other person who still has to be chosen). We are all between 22 and 29.
