36 m² room in Tilburg

Housemate wanted! A room will be available from July 7th in Huize Nazareth (Nazarethstraat). It is a home where you have your own room of 36m2 and only share the bathroom and kitchen with me. From the room, you have access to the communal garden of the entire building. The room costs around 650 euros, but you are entitled to housing allowance, which will make it +/- 400 euros (including gas/water/electricity).
