Hello, I'm moving out of my room and I'm looking for an international student to take over from the 5th of January until the 31st of July. The rent is 460, and the furniture must be taken over for 150, along with a deposit of two months' rent plus the first month's rent. The room is in a small dorm close to the dot, with Lidl just 8 minutes away on foot. There are 3 kitchens, 3 toilets, and 3 showers shared among 20 people.
