30 m² room in Breda

Hi (girls only) I'm looking for someone to sublet my room from 01/02/2026 until 30/06/2026. The rent is €640 per month, excluding utilities (gas, water, etc.). You'll be living with five lovely girls, and the house is located near Dr. Struyckenplein. There are lots of shops nearby, like Kruidvat and Jumbo. There's a bus stop right in front of the house, and it takes around 15 minutes to get to the university (Avans or BUas).
