3 room house in Nederland

My mother has a house in Bloemendaal. It is a two-person room with a rent of €1000 including everything. The house is located in a very well-maintained senior complex. It is a detached house with two bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Due to the passing of my father, my mother is suffering from depression, so we would like her to move to a house near Haarlem or Amsterdam. Ideally, it would be a single-story house or a house with an elevator.
