3 room apartment in Nederland

Hi, I have an apartment in Nuenen with 2 bedrooms and a spacious balcony. There is an elevator and the property has wider doors because it used to be a senior complex. Rent is 936. This can become slightly higher after the swap depending on your income. There is also a parking garage. We would like a larger home with at least 3 bedrooms in the Nuenen or Eindhoven area. Rent from 764 because otherwise we do not qualify due to housing allocation rules.
