3 room apartment in Haarlem

Nice single-family home in Haarlem-Oost with 3 bedrooms. An open kitchen. Garden facing south, though it is not a large garden. The house has no attic. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. These houses are gas-free. Solar panels are present. I am personally looking for something smaller, preferably with 2 bedrooms in Haarlem, and preferably social rental housing. Ideally an apartment where I don't have to do much myself.
