26 m² room in Utrecht

Hi, I’m planning to travel from the 6th of October till 2nd of November and would like to rent out my room for that period. The room is located at Amsterdamsestraatweg next to Juliana park and is 10 mins by biking to centre. The price is 800. There are plenty of shops located nearby and you will have your own private bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is shared with 3 other people but we make sure to keep it neat and tidy. DM for more info
