26 m² room in Arnhem

Hey hello, we have a nice room for rent in our cozy student flat! The room is 13 m² and costs 450 per month excluding 12 euros internet costs. Our house is a 10-minute bike ride from the station, a quarter of an hour to the HAN and 12 minutes to ArtEZ. In addition, Albert Heijn and Dekamarkt are within walking distance.
