25 m² room in The Hague

Hi! We are looking for a new housemate! A (partly furnished) room in our house will be available from mid-January. We live a 5-minute walk from Prinsengracht (right in the city centre) and trams 3, 4, 2, 6, 11 and 12 are just around the corner. There are three girls living here in total and we share the shower, kitchen and toilet. The room is about 25 m² and will cost around €450 per month (with housing allowance).
