25 m² room in Amsterdam

Room for rent in Amsterdam-West A spacious, furnished room of approximately 25m² is available in my house in Amsterdam-West, including a separate walk-in closet. The house itself is about 140 m² and also has a large garden. I preferably look for a Dutch-speaking tenant aged 30 or older, who leads their own life and is independent. No internationals.
