25 m² room in Enschede

Hello I'm looking for someone who want to rent a room for the month of July. (If you want you can take it from 25th June) It's a 15-minute walk to the Enshede Center, and I'm looking for women only. You are gonna share the house with only one person and the total rental fee is 500 euros. Message me! (I will not come back after leaving this house and the landlord need to find someone new, so if you want, you can rent a long term. For long term rentals, it will be 630 euros including energy costs from August.)
