24 m² room in Delft

Hey guys, from June 3rd we are looking for a subtenant until the beginning of August (with the possibility of a permanent contract). We are an active large men's house with 11 guests on the Spoorsingel. We have a big garden with a pizza oven, table tennis table, and a nice outdoor bar.
