22 m² room in Rotterdam

In the lovely Oude Noorden, on a side street off Zwaanshals and Zwart Janstraat, a room is becoming available in a friendly shared house. Room: approx. 22 m² – around €700 including bills (final rent to be confirmed) There are six of us in total: four men and two women. We’ve all started working, but we still enjoy having dinner together now and then or heading into town for a drink. We’re looking for a housemate aged 24 or over who speaks Dutch.
