22 m² room in Maastricht

Hello everyone, For my landlady, I am looking for a new housemate, staying for one year in Kesselt, Belgium as of latest September. 15-20 min by bike to the city centre. You would be sharing the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The room is 450 Euros all inclusive and roughly 22 sqm big.
