22 m² room in Groningen

Available again due to a cancellation. The viewing is on January 7 — only reply if you can make it! From February a room of approximately 22 m² will be available in our house on the Paterswoldseweg (minimum one-year contract, so shorter than a year is not possible). The rent will probably be around €550, but this may still change. The house is within walking distance of the station and the Stadspark. We live here with six people (ages 21–24).
