Hi all, I’m subletting my room from November 13th to January 25th. It is a 22m2 room in a 3-bedroom house located in Zwanenburg, Amsterdam. Rent is 850 per month with a deposit of 300 that you will get back after the subletting period. The house includes a shared shower bathroom, toilet room, living room, kitchen, and a washer and dryer. For technical reasons, you can not cancel your subscription for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription at any time.Prices
The subscription costs 1 € for the first 4 days and subscription renewals costs 49 € each 28. day which is deducted automatically until you unsubscribe.VAT
