21 m² room in Rotterdam

We are offering a room in a two-storey house. It is a mixed-gender flat share and we would prefer a female flatmate. (However, applications from men will also be considered.) The room is around 20 m² furnished with a 1.60m bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. We are all aged between 22 and 30 and are either studying or working. The house has two kitchens, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a garden. We even have a sauna on the ground floor.
