21 m² room in Groningen

Hi everyone I am giving away my room in a 3 bedroom house on Hardewikerstraat in the centre it is 3 minutes walking from Grotemarkt and UB as I am leaving Groningen. The room is 550 per month including utilities (you have to pay trash and some other waste thing once each year which is like 100 each or so) and you will also have to pay a 550 deposit and 350 for furniture (the house came completely unfurnished so it includes everything in the living room and bedroom).
