21 m² room in Rotterdam

Hi! As I’m moving, my roommate (Dutch, 21y/o) needs someone else to sublet my room until our contract ends. The house is in het Nieuwe Westen, at de Nieuwe Binnenweg. Tramstop Mathenesserlaan is a 30sec walk and metro Dijkzigt a 3 minute one. The rent is 870 incl. My roommate isn’t home that much but when she is she’s very fun to chat and hang out with :) she’s also the very reason we’ve kept all of our plants alive, which is something I’ll miss dearly.
