20 m² room in S-Hertogenbosch

Hey (future) male housemate! Because a housemate is leaving our lovely penthouse after 3 wonderful years, one fixed room is becoming available! The room is about 20 m2 and has its own sink (super chill). The house has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and a living kitchen of about 30 m2. The cherry on top is, of course, the rooftop terrace of about 30 m2. The rent is approximately €450 excluding gas/water/electricity. In a house with 4 men and 4 women (including you), it’s a laid-back, mixed bunch. We’re a close-knit house and like to do fun things...
