20 m² room in Nijmegen

Dear men (20+) looking for a room, A room in our house on Meester Franckenstraat will be available from March 1. The room is 20 m² + a large private balcony (12 m²) and built-in closets. The price is €710 per month all-inclusive, but the service charges actually come out lower (after the annual settlement) so around €650–675 is more realistic. Plus €300 takeover costs for, among other things, a wardrobe, sofa, refrigerator and possibly table + chairs. We live here with 9 people, 4 men and 5 women.
