20 m² room in Nijmegen

Dear room-seeking ladies! (no internationals!) From February 1st a room in our house will become available! It’s a 20 m² room (see photos) for about €350 per month. Utilities (gas/water/electricity) are included so you’ll have enough left to spend at the pub. You’ll get 5 nice housemates (3 men and 2 women), ages ranging from 19 to 27. We’re a sociable house where you’ll have plenty of company. You can always eat with someone; we also often play a game or have a beer, etc. Initiative is appreciated!
