I’m moving out, I have room, costs 494€/month rent everything included and WiFi for 20€. It’s located 7min by bike from FSE and it’s on a quiet area. 20 square meter room shared kitchen with one other roommate. 1 month deposit. Unfurnished, taking over the room costs 870€(kitchen appliances can be split with the roommate, so you get 670€ for your part in the end.) Start is on July 1 for the rent.
