20 m² room in Groningen

Room for rent, near Groningen in the town of Winschoten. The room is 20 m², 495 euros / all inclusive. So including gas, water, electricity, and internet. It is furnished and has a bed, table, and fridge (it was occupied by a female student for the last 12 months). The room is available from the 1st of June, either for a month/a few months (until August) or it is possible to sign a 1-year contract. It is not possible to "reserve" the room from September because of the extreme shortage of rooms in Groningen at the start of the academic year....
