Spacious attic room with its own small kitchen for a definitely neat, quiet, and preferably non-smoking person.... cat lover preferred ;-) . (Note: this is not a student house, so no communal activities, but everyone for themselves) It is very quiet here, close to UMCG and the city center. Also possibly suitable for someone who works at UMCG and does not need to be here every day.
