Room at SSH Winschoterdiep It's a student housing room AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. I'm looking for someone to take over my SSH long-stay room at Winschoterdiep 46. Room type: 20 m² long-stay room, can be rented for an indefinite period. Requirements: First-year Bachelor/Master/PhD student to take over the lease (registration possible). If subletting is an option, a non-student is also acceptable (registration not possible). Rent: €500 per month, no deposit. Facilities: Shared kitchen and bathroom. Furniture: Can be purchased from me.
