20 m² room in Groningen

In our lovely house opposite the city park a room becomes available at the beginning of February! The room is about 20 m², has a built-in wardrobe with a sink and costs approximately €485 per month, all inclusive. Furthermore our house has every luxury: a spacious common living room with a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. You share these with four housemates (3 female, 1 male).
