20 m² room in Enschede

As of June 1st (or earlier by agreement), a nice room will become available in our house on Mina Krusemanstraat. Therefore, we are looking for a new housemate. It concerns a room in a mixed house, with a total of 7 people (including you). We share the kitchen, common living room, balcony, and rooftop terrace. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The room is about 20m² with a French balcony (i.e., French doors/smoking balcony).
