20 m² room in Delft

Hey room-seeking men, In our house in the picturesque Delft North, a spacious room will be available from August 1st. It’s a 10-minute bike ride from our place to the station, 15 minutes to the TU, and 5 minutes to the city center. But if you don’t want/can’t bike, the tram stops right in front of the door too: epic :) The room is approximately 20m2. It currently costs €375 excluding gas/water/electricity (+85 euros per month), the rent might go up, so keep that in mind! We are a mixed double household consisting of one construction engine...
