20 m² room in Amsterdam

Hi everyone, I am temporarily renting out (2 months - May & June) my room + car + gym membership in Houthavens, Amsterdam. Preferably one tenant for everything. Room/semi-studio: 20 m², private bathroom, shared kitchen & balcony which are also spacious with 2 roommates (F), fully furnished, internet & utilities included. Very spacious house with a great location and view! Deposit negotiable. Car: Toyota Aygo blue, perfect condition, including insurance.
