20 m² room in Rotterdam

Subletting my room in Rotterdam from July to February. The house is located on Troelstrastraat and is a 20 minute bike ride from Erasmus University and a 5 minute bike ride from center. I currently have one house mate however she will leave for exchange from July till February as well therefore there is a chance for you to live with a friend The room will come furnished (bed, mattress, pull-out couch and closet). The rent is 800 p/m all inclusive.
