One bedroom for a person or couple, shared bathroom and kitchen with another guy. The apartment is located near Marco Polostraat tram station. The move-in date is the 1st of September. Rent is 650 until the 20th of September, afterwards it's 1090 (including utilities) until the 20th of October, with a deposit of 300. There is a possibility of extending for a bit, but I'm unsure for how long. I am currently subletting the room myself and I'm looking for someone to take over. DM if you have any questions!
