Dear anonymous, in case you haven't found anything yet, I can't promise anything but where I live around 's-Hertogenbosch, there is an apartment complex in Geffen with a maximum of 1 bedroom and newly built apartments from 2018 that are well insulated. Apartments become available regularly due to people moving. The rent price is approximately between 900 and 1000 euros excluding utilities, which is on average about 60 euros per month, so not much.
