2 room apartment in Amsterdam

Spacious two-room apartment in Amsterdam Noord, Kadoelen/Banne, with a garden (41 m²) and storage shed. Social rent is €741, including service charges. I only want a ground-floor home with a reasonably large garden, and in front of the garden (behind or in front) there should be no street or houses, but rather a small park, trees, a meadow, a courtyard, etc. I want peace and quiet, so no playground or shops nearby. Social housing as well. I am single, so I do not want a large home because housing associations do not allow that.
