2 room apartment in Amsterdam

Due to an upcoming trip, I'm renting out my apartment starting in February, with no fixed end date (could be 2–3 months; we can discuss). The apartment is in Hilversum and centrally located within the city center next to the station (5 min walk to the station and within 20 minutes you are in Amsterdam). The rent is about 1010 excluding gas/water/electricity. It has a space of 72 m²: one large living room, one bedroom, shower, toilet, etc. No registration is possible.
