2 room apartment in Amersfoort

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. It has 2 spacious, bright rooms. 1 room at the front (approx. 15m2) and 1 room at the back (approx. 16m2) of the house. In the middle of the floor are the kitchen, the shower, and a separate toilet. We (mother and two teenagers) live on the ground floor and 1st floor and therefore share the front door and the stairs to the 1st floor with our tenant.
