18 m² room in Rotterdam

We are a house of five tenants aged 24 to 26 in Nieuwe Westen, Rotterdam, and we are looking for a new housemate. Since one of us is moving out, a room of 18 m² will become available starting October 1 for €760 per month, including utilities. We have all recently finished our studies and are now working full-time in Rotterdam or Amsterdam.
