18 m² room in Groningen

This cozy house is looking for a new tenant for an indefinite period. We live with four girls and two boys, so we are looking for a male student to restore the balance. Every Tuesday is house night, which most people also attend. There’s always a pleasant conversation with the housemates or the friendly neighbors. The room recently got new windows, which keeps it nice and cool in the summer. The sofa and the chest of drawers with three drawers must be taken over by the new tenant.
