18 m² room in Delft

Looking for a housemate (female) Unfortunately, my current housemate is moving out, so a room will become available from around mid-October (the exact date is yet to be determined). The room is approximately 18 m² and will cost around €460, including gas, water, and electricity. The two of us will share a toilet, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony.
