Hi amazing people! I am subletting my room from the 1st of February until the 18th of April 2025. The rent is 560 euros, all inclusive (rent, water, gas, electricity, washing machine, trash taxes). The room is one of three in a beautiful duplex apartment in the city center (Binnenstad) of Groningen (close to the cat café). The apartment has a big furnished kitchen (with dishwasher!), living room, bathroom, and separate toilet. A one-month rent deposit will be required, which will be refunded if no damage has occurred.
