17 m² room in Utrecht

Hi everyone, I am subletting my room for two months from the beginning of July till the end of August. The room is around 17m² and fully furnished (bed, closet, desk, etc.). The apartment is located in Laakkwartier and is a two bedroom apartment which is shared with one other girl. It features a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Tram 15 is right across the street which takes just under 10 mins into the centre (same by bike) and HS is a 10 min walk away.
