17 m² room in Rotterdam

Room available in our house! Starting in April, a room will be available in our house. We live here with 4 housemates (2 men and 2 women) and are looking for a new friendly housemate who preferably studied in Delft. The room is approximately 17 m² and has a balcony. In addition, we have an open kitchen and a large shared living room of about 40 m² where we often sit together, eat, or chat. Rent: approx. €650 excl.
