17 m² room in Eindhoven

Quiet room on the top floor. It is within walking distance of shops, the TUe and Fontys, and within cycling distance of the city center. We are a couple (47 and 50), and we have 2 little dogs (pugs). We have been happily renting out our 2 extra rooms to students for many years. At the moment, 1 student lives with us. We appreciate coziness, peace, and cleanliness, so there is a cleaning schedule. You have your own room which you can decorate to your own taste. The rest is shared. So the shower, toilet, living room, kitchen, garden, and shed....
