16 m² room in The Hague

Hi room seekers, Huize LWP is looking for one new active housemate (Dutch speaking only). On June 12, one room will be available! It concerns room 35*9 which is 16 m2 for only €407 including gas/water/electricity (see floor plan). We are a mixed house of 11 people between 18 and 23 years old and are looking for a new active housemate within the same age range as us. Everyone studies full-time in the Haaglanden region (Leiden/Delft/The Hague) and this is also a requirement to live with us. We enjoy organizing themed parties, watching movies...
