16 m² room in Nijmegen

Dear room-seeker (preferably 25+), As of April 1 we are looking for a new housemate for our lovely house on Marsstraat. It’s a characterful room of 16 m² for €417 per month (incl. gas, water and electricity). The room has its own sink and is practical to furnish, so you can easily fit all your belongings in it. Besides our own rooms we jointly rent an extra room that we use as a work, guest and laundry room. For this we each pay an additional €138 per month.
