16 m² room in Leiden

De Pent is hosting viewings (M)! -No internationals- Viewing evening Tuesday, February 10 We are a mixed house (male/female, Aug) of 10 people, and are looking for a housemate, (arriving) Aug. The room is 15 to 16 m2 and will cost €420 including gas, water and electricity and our cleaners who come to clean 3 times a week. We also have a balcony that almost always gets some nice sun.
