16 m² room in Leiden

We have now received enough emails; please do not reply any more. Dear girls looking for a room, A room in our lovely house will become available from mid-December (earlier by arrangement)! We live as five in a lovely little house with a living room, 2 balconies (each gets an hour of sun), 2 bathrooms and toilets, close to the Plantsoen! The room that becomes available is about 16 m² and costs €448 per month (including service charges). On top of that there is a €15 monthly energy advance.
